It’s not only because of the wings that cause the collision, it is Horner's INTANSION to do so purposely, and it’s their way to achieve at least the team title and the driver’s titles. They knew McLaren and Ferrari will be strong after some races.
Horner, have inherited the dirty strategy Renault took for winning the championship.
