D'Ambrosio joins Lotus as reserve driver

Former Virgin Racing driver Jérôme d'Ambrosio will be the reserve driver for Lotus this year, after being confirmed by the team yesterday afternoon. The Belgian was part of the team's junior driver line-up in 2010 but will be the team's main reserve driver in 2012 after losing his seat at Virgin at the end of last season.
